- For customers who choose to keep their original number, USA Wireless will send a port request to your current service provider and wait for confirmation to transfer the number. Once port confirmation is received, your USA Wireless phone will be shipped. Unfortunately, this process will delay the shipment a short while.

- Purchases made through a retail location in the last 30 days can be returned to any of our locations for exchange or credit; please check on your receipt for more details.
- Purchases made through our website can be returned/exchanged within the first 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping fees will be incurred by the customer on non-defective returns/exchanges. Please contact our Returns Center at (305) 598-4118, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern to obtain return authorization information for mailing your product back. Note: Credits or monetary reimbursements are only applicable, within the first 30 days, on purchases made through the website. Once products are received at our Returns Center, the credit/monetary reimbursement will be applied.
If your product is determined to be defective after troubleshooting, return the following to obtain warranty service:
- Your complete product in a box (does not have to be the original box) including the AC power adapter. Do not send in other accessories you may have purchased or obtained separately (i.e., wall bracket, headphones).
- A copy of your proof of purchase (sales receipt) identifying the product purchase date and the date of purchase on the receipt (keep a copy for your records); and
- Provide your name, complete and correct mailing address, and a telephone number where you can be reached.
(We can only deliver to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We are unable to accept P.O. Box, APO and FPO addresses.)
